The Su Tu Den (Black Lion) field is located 160 kilometers east of Vietnam, and is operated by a consortium

including Conoco-Phillips and the Vietnamese Government. With an estimated recoverable reserve of 220 million barrels

of oil, the operators selected a ship-shaped Floating, Production, Storage, and Offloading System (FPSO) that included

a SOFEC designed External Turret Mooring System as the preferred development option.

Multitask personnel demonstrated expertise and excellence as a key part of the SOFEC site team during the construction at Malaysian Shipyard and Engineering in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Awarded the contract positions of Turret supervised

both the site mechanical outfitting activities
